Introduction:

FUT design T bars is a ceiling keel that has become popular in recent years, the cross through appearance makes it look like more elegant. It is a groove type ceiling tee formed by cold bending multi-roll rolling of prepainted galvanized steel strip, which does not need composite rolling of galvanized strip material. The pre-painted steel strip is made of steel coil, first zinc coated, and then paint two colors on both sides. It can make the products have two different colors, which has the effect of clear contrasting color, three dimensional lines, precise size, and tight matching.

Installation Steps:

1. Determine the requirement ceiling level, mark the position and fix wall angle on the wall

2. Hang main tee with T-bar suspension hook

3. Insert cross tee to the main tee

4. Cross tee adjacent to wall angle light fittings

5. Adjust the levels and alignments throughout the entire grid system accurately

6. Install PVC gypsum ceiling tile, mineral fiber board, and pvc ceiling panel.

Characteristic:

Besides the characteristic of flat ceiling tee, the FUT T bars also have following features:

1. Two colors of prepaited galvanized steel strip.

eg: white color on top side, black color on back side, after processing, it can bring us the visual impact, white surface, and black groove.

Gold color on top side, white color on back side, after processing, it can bring us the gold surface and white groove, which brings the product a strong sense of three dimensions, with soft color match.

We can also produce the product according to customer’s requirement.

2. Because FUT uses prepainted galvanized steel strip as the base material, after slitted by slitting machine, the longitudinal edge has no paint protection, which will cause the edge will rust after long time using. So this kind of product is suitable for dry climate region.

The thickness of pre-painted galvanized steel strip can be 0.28mm-0.30mm, according to the different weight of suspention system, we can choose different thickness. The material is white painted steel strip with hardness of G400, first coat zinc layer of 80g/m2, then paint white color painting, with upside micro 20μm, backside micro 10μm.

Quality Control:

1. After we received the raw materials, the quality control staffs need to check the zinc coating and paint film thickness, so that we can achieve the best rust-resistance effect.

2. Workers are required to check the width, length, thickness before start working every day.

3. After production, workers will check the tightness of the head of the T bars.
