Introduction:

Ceiling T-grid plain surface design is rolled into moulds by galvanized steel coil and color-coated steel coil. It can be made into several specifications according to different kinds of ceiling. Owing to be beautiful, high-strength, anticorrosive and waterproof, Ceiling T-grid can suspend mineral fiber ceiling boards, pvc laminated gypsum boards, pvc panel and calcium silicate board.

Installation Steps:

1. Determine the requirement ceiling level, mark the position and fix wall angle on the wall

2. Hang main tee with T-bar suspension hook

3. Insert cross tee to the main tee

4. Cross tee adjacent to wall angle light fittings

5. Adjust the levels and alignments throughout the entire grid system accurately

6. Install PVC gypsum ceiling tile or other materials ceiling panel

Specification:

Our company introduced advanced fully automatic production lines, with the raw material of high-strength G550 galvanized steel strips and white matt painted steel strips, through cold-bending composite multi rolling, we produce high class tee bars. Because our company uses high-strength steel strips, the keel has strong clamping capacity, bearing capacity, and also has the advantages of good ductility, high elasticity, high hardness and strong firmness.

The system experiment have got the standard of USA ASTM C635.

Main tee: bear the weight of 14 pound/feet.

Cross tee: bear the weight of 3.8 pound/feet.

The thickness of galvanized steel strip can be 0.23mm, 0.25mm, 0.26mm, 0.30mm, 0.35mm, according to the different weight of suspention system, we can choose different thickness. The material is white painted steel strip, first coat zinc layer of  80g/m2,  then paint white color painting, with upside micro 20μm, backside micro 10μm.

Quality Control:

1. We require the hardness of raw materials to be G550 or SPCC full hard, the zinc coating, weight, apprearce should meet the standard strictly, base on the different moisture of environment,  rust-resistance time could be more than 15 years.

2. Workers are required to check the width, length, thickness before start working every day.

3. After production, workers will check the tightness of the head of the T bars.

4. All products are produced strictly according to the standard of ISO9001.

Main tee:  30pcs/carton

Long cross tee:  60pcs/carton

Small cross tee: 75pcs/carton
