Product Description

1. Introduction

The head of pan head screw is round and trapezoidal from the side. What we produce is cross slot, which is installed with an electric screwdriver. The tail is divided into drilling and self-tapping.

Its main features are as following:

⑴The products must be processed by heat treatment and carburizing process to make the screws meet the standard requirements of mechanical properties.

⑵High surface hardness

The core part of the screws has good toughness, that means flexible inside and hard outside. If the surface hardness is low, it can not be screwed into the materials. Also can not be used if core toughness is poor because even a pinch will break it.

2. Application

It is used for the connection of iron plates, and can be directly screwed into the drill pin without tapping in the hole.
